Sand Sort Flow ("the App", "we", "us") is a casual puzzle game published for Android. This Privacy Policy applies to the App and describes our practices for collecting, using, and sharing information when you download, install, and play it. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the App. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
01Information we collect
We don't require you to create an account to play, and the App doesn't ask you to type in your name, address, or similar personal details. Most of the information we and our service providers collect is generated automatically by your device as you install and use the App.
Device and identifier information
- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID) and other resettable device identifiers used to serve and measure ads.
- Device model, operating system version, language, screen size, and general hardware information.
- IP address, which is used by our service providers to estimate general (city/region-level) location and to detect fraud — we don't collect precise GPS location.
- App version, install source, and crash or performance diagnostics.
Gameplay and usage information
- In-game events, such as levels completed, session length, and feature usage, used to understand how the App is played and to improve it.
- Purchase history for any in-app purchases, processed through Google Play Billing (see In-app purchases).
Information from optional features
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, a push token tied to your device is generated so we can send you gameplay reminders or updates.
- Camera: certain in-app features or third-party ad formats may request camera access (for example, to enable an interactive or augmented-reality style ad). We don't access your camera for any purpose outside of a feature you actively use, and we don't store photos or video you haven't chosen to use within a specific feature.
- Storage: the App may read and write to device storage to cache game assets, save local progress, and store downloaded ad creatives.
02App permissions we use
Android requires apps to declare the permissions they use. Here's what Sand Sort Flow requests and why:
| Permission | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Internet / network state / Wi-Fi state | Loading the game, ads, and connecting to analytics and notification services. |
| Advertising ID | Showing and measuring ads, and limiting how often the same ad is repeated. |
| Notifications / boot completed / alarms / wake lock | Delivering gameplay reminders and waking scheduled notification jobs. |
| Storage (read/write) | Saving local game progress and caching downloaded content such as ad creatives. |
| Camera | Enabling specific interactive ad formats that use the camera; not used for any other purpose. |
| Bluetooth / Bluetooth admin / NFC | Supporting optional proximity-based ad and discovery features included in some bundled advertising SDKs. |
| Vibrate | Haptic feedback during gameplay. |
| Billing | Processing in-app purchases through Google Play. |
| Foreground service | Keeping certain background tasks (like notification delivery) running reliably. |
You can review or revoke runtime permissions (such as notifications or camera) at any time in your device's Settings app.
03How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App, including diagnosing crashes and performance issues.
- To show, personalize, and measure the performance of in-app advertising.
- To send push notifications you've opted into, such as gameplay reminders.
- To process in-app purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To understand aggregate usage trends so we can decide what to build next.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
04Advertising & third-party services
Sand Sort Flow is free to play and supported by advertising and analytics. To do this, we use third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect and process information — including your advertising ID, device data, and approximate location derived from IP address — under their own privacy policies. We don't control these companies' practices once data is shared with them, so we encourage you to review their policies directly.

Heads up: the exact mix of ad and analytics partners that load at any given time can vary by region, ad mediation outcome, and SDK updates. This list reflects the services bundled with the App and may be updated as our advertising setup changes.
05Push notifications
If you allow notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver messages such as reminders to come back and play. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device's notification settings — this stops future messages without affecting your saved game progress.
06In-app purchases
Any in-app purchases are billed and processed by Google Play Billing. We don't receive or store your payment card details — Google handles payment processing under its own privacy and payments terms. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so we can unlock the relevant content.
08Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App's features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Local game progress stays on your device unless you uninstall the App. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
09Children's privacy
Sand Sort Flow is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at animestoon3@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
10Your choices & rights
Controlling ads
- On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized (interest-based) advertising.
- You can also limit ad tracking at the device level under Settings → Privacy, depending on your Android version.
Your data rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California). To exercise any of these rights, email animestoon3@gmail.com — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your request. Because the App doesn't use accounts, some requests may need to be handled at the device or advertising-ID level rather than tied to a personal identity.
11International data transfers
Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, those providers implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the App's features, or legal requirements. We'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
